Acquisition of Equity and Loan notes into Coldpress Foods Ltd
 
S-Ventures PLC is pleased to announce that the Company has agreed to acquire a 3.3% stake in Coldpress Foods Ltd, and to provide a convertible loan, convertible into ordinary shares of Coldpress Foods at the discretion of the Company, allowing S-Ventures to increase its stake in Coldpress foods to 6.2% upon conversion.
As consideration the Company has agreed to pay £30,000 to Coldpress Foods, in return for a new issue of ordinary shares in Coldpress Foods. Additionally, the Company has agreed to loan Coldpress Foods a further £30,000 via a secured convertible loan note ("CLN") that carries interest at 10% per annum.
