U.S. stock index futures inched higher on Monday as expectations that the
Federal Reserve was done with its interest rate hikes gained steam ahead of
commentary by a slew of policymakers later in the week.  .N 
    
    At 7:01 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.09% at 34,169. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.19% at 4,384.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.25%
at 15,216.25.
