Amendment: Net Asset Value Announcement

The estimated unaudited net asset value per share of CC Japan Income &
Growth Trust plc, calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the
Association of Investment Companies, was incorrectly stated as 241.10p (cum
income) and 234.79p (ex income) as at the close of business on 16 October
2025, and released on 17 October 2025 at 15:00.

The overstatement was due to an error in the booking of a collateral return,
which was not correctly accounted for in the NAV calculation.

This has now been rectified, and the corrected NAV per share as at 16 October
2025 is 231.28p (cum income) and 226.94p (ex income). The full text of the
