Change of Alternative Investment Fund Manager, Administrator,

Company Secretary and Registered Office

Following a review of the Company's operational arrangements, the Board has
appointed Frostrow Capital LLP ("Frostrow") as its Alternative Investment Fund
Manager ("AIFM"), Administrator and Company Secretary. Frostrow has also been
appointed to provide Investor Relations and Marketing services to the Company,
supporting the team at the Company's Investment Manager, Chikara Investments
LLP. These appointments are expected to take effect from 1 January 2025,
subject to regulatory approval.

In consequence of these appointments, the Company's registered office will
change to 25 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AL.
