Dividend Declaration

 

The Board of Directors of CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc (the
"Company") is pleased to declare a first interim dividend of 1.55 pence per
ordinary share in respect of the first six months of the year ending 31
October 2023.

This is a 10.7% increase on last year's first interim dividend and is fully
covered by revenue.

Ex-Dividend Date - 6 July 2023

Record Date - 7 July 2023

Payment Date - 4 August 2023
