Dividend Declaration

The Board of CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc is pleased to declare a
second interim dividend, in substitution for a final dividend, of 3.85 pence
per share in respect of the year ended 31 October 2024. This makes a full year
distribution of 5.45 pence per share, a 2.8% increase on last year's full year
distribution of 5.30 pence per share.

 

The second interim dividend will be paid on 3 March 2025 to shareholders on
the register as at the close of business on 31 January 2025. The ex-dividend
date will be 30 January 2025.
