Futures on the three main U.S. indexes slumped more than a
percent on Tuesday as President Donald Trump's latest threat to
impose duties on additional Chinese goods heightened concerns
that tit-for-tat tariffs could spiral into a trade war.  .N 
    At 8:46 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 1.43 percent at
24,658. S&P 500 e-minis  ESc1  were down 1.05 percent at
2,750.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 1.32 percent
at 7,180.
