Result of Annual General Meeting

 

London, UK, 27 June 2022: Celadon Pharmaceuticals Plc (AIM: CEL), a UK-based
pharmaceutical company focused on the development and supply of natural,
cannabis-based medicines, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held
today, all resolutions were duly passed.
