The CMA has published the text of its decision on the anticipated acquisition by McGraw-Hill Education, Inc. of Cengage Learning Holdings II, Inc. The CMA has decided that the duty to refer the transactions to Phase II arises on 24 March 2020.  This decision can be found on the Competition and Market Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases.
