** Bank reports Q4 profit up 28% Y/Y to 10.34 billion rupees ($121.6 million)

** Gross NPA improves to 3.18% vs 3.86% in Q3

** Co also approves capital raising plan worth 50 billion rupees for FY26

** CBI down ~28% YTD
