    * Signed deal with two investors to sell 20 percent stake 
(6,630 shares) in its unit GET EnTra Sp. z o.o 
    * Each investor will have right to buy 3,315 shares 
representing 10 percent stake in GET EnTra for 365,000 zlotys 
    * Investors are also members of the management board of GET 
EnTra Sp. z o.o
