** China-based CF PharmTech 2652.HK surges as much as 230.8% to HK$48.8 in Hong Kong debut; offer price was HK$14.75

** Stock last up 197.4% at HK$43.86

** Inhalation tech and drugs developer sells 41.2 mln shares in global offering, raising HK$607.7 mln ($78.1 mln) for R&D and clinical development of inhalation formulation product candidates, pre-clinical R&D, expanding and upgrading manufacturing facilities

** Says Hong Kong IPO subscribed 6,697.8x, international offering subscribed 12.74x

** About 9.68 mln shares traded worth HK$453.8 mln
