Change of AIFM

Further to the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30
April 2025 and the accompanying announcement issued on 10 July 2025, the
Company confirms that it has been notified that the Financial Conduct
Authority ("FCA") has approved the appointment of the Company's investment
manager, Chelverton Asset Management Limited ("CAM") as its small authorised
UK Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM").

Accordingly, the Company is applying to the FCA for the cancellation of the
Company's registration as a self-managed small registered AIFM.
