** Self-help media co Chicken Soup for the Soul  CSSE.O 
announces new leadership structure, incorporating heads of newly

    ** Galen Smith, earlier CEO of Redbox and now executive vice
president at CSSE, will oversee long-term planning, including
strategy and M&A 
    ** Jonathan Katz, who joined CSSE as president this month,
will run day-to-day operations, co's streaming, kiosk,
distribution, and studio businesses
    ** Earlier this month, CSSE announced the completion of its
buyout of DVD rental co Redbox for $375 mln in stock 
    ** CSSE shares, trading down ~7% amid broader sell-off in
markets, have lost ~18% value YTD
