Sept 1 (Reuters) - Chiho Environmental Group Ltd  0976.HK : 
    * Chiho Foundry and Chiho Metals and Taizhou Bay Committee 
entered into agreements 
    * Chiho Foundry & Chiho Metals agreed to dispose of assets 
to Taizhou Bay committee for consideration of RMB320 million 
    * Group is expected to realise a gain of approximately 
RMB222 million as a result of disposal
