March 31 (Reuters) - Chiho-tiande Group Ltd  0976.HK  : 
    * Chiho-Tiande (tangshan) Resource Recycling Co., entered 
into investment agreement with Caofeidian Industrial Zone of 
renewable resources industrial park committee 
    * Total investment amount of project including working 
capital by project company is RMB600 million 
    * Agreement for purposes of investment in construction and 
operation of renewable resources recycling projects 
    * Funding requirement for making total investment amount is 
not expected to have any material impact on group
