 * Inside information - memorandum of understanding in respect of possible 
   disposal  
 * Deal for for a total consideration of HK$62.2 million payable in cash 
 * On 19 October 2015, co entered into non-legally binding memorandum of 
   understanding with an independent third party 
 * Says board confirms that there is no definitive agreement that has been 
   signed and finalized as at this announcement 
 * Says board wishes to emphasize that the possible disposal may or may not 
   proceed
