 * Major transaction in relation to the acquisition of interests in hmv m&e 
limited and proposed change of company name  8078.HK  
 * Deal for a consideration of hk$408.2 million 
 * Purchaser and the company entered into the sale and purchase agreement with 
the vendor 
 * Consideration shall be satisfied by allotment and issue of 1.12 billion consideration shares to vendor at hk$0.365 per share at completion
