 * Payment methods of the consideration will be hk$6.6 mlnpayable in cash 
 * Says company entered into a legally binding memorandum of understanding with stephen chau 
 * Pursuant to mou, the company intends to acquire 40% of the issued share capital of the target company 
 * Payment will also include hk$7mln payable in the form of convertible bond
