    * Company as vendor entered into agreement with purchaser 
    * Deal at consideration of HK$25 million 
    * Company agreed to sell and Golden Record Ltd to purchase 
sale shares and shareholder's loan 
    * Group is expected to record a gain of approximately HK$2.8 
million on disposal
