    * Disposed on-market a total of 489.1 million imperial 
pacific shares in series of transactions at price HK$0.131 per 
imperial pacific share 
    * Deal for an aggregate gross sale proceeds of approximately 
HK$64.1 million 
    * Upon completion of disposal, company does not hold any 
shares in Imperial Pacific.
