 * Informed by power port holdings ltd that on 29 December it has disposed of 145.7 million shares of the company 
 * Immediately before disposals, power port held 297.3 million shares, representing 60% of issued share capital of co 
 * Disposal of shares of co to two strategic investors at hk$9.9 per share 
 * Immediately upon completion of disposals, power port holds 151.6 million shares, representing 30.60% of issued share capital of co 
 * Immediately upon completion of disposals, power port holds 151.6 million  shares representing 30.60% of capital of co
