    * Reply to Fujian Mintai asking for a grace period and to 
move out its accounting and financial records by 11 november 
2016 
    * Landlord has locked premises of Fujian Dongyuan 
Environmental Protection Co., Ltd 
    * in response to letter of demand, co has through chinese 
solicitors, sent a reply to Fujian Mintai Environmental 
protection's solicitors 
    * "company has tried to contact building management 
personnel to unlock premises but was not able to"
