* Updates on landlord lockout
* Co's personnel were allowed to gain access to FJDY'S
office premises on 26 July to pack up & retrieve FJDY'S
documents from premises
* Pursuant to judgment, CCB is entitled to sell off land use
rights and property assets of Fujian Mintai Environmental
Protection
* Upon gaining entry to Fujian Dongyuan Environmental
Protection premises, it was discovered that office was in a
state of disarray
* On preliminary review, documents appear to be missing, and
records of FJDY'S various departments are therefore likely
incomplete
