Gains on CEO announcement

** Shares of China-based financial information co  JRJC.O 
up as much as 4.28% at $9.53 
    ** Co names James Chen as CEO, replacing Zhiwei Zhao who
will continue to serve as director and chairman 
    ** Chen has served as CEO and CFO of biotech firm Origin
Agritech  SEED.O  and also worked at Celanese  CE.N   
    ** Co also names Ying Zhu as CFO, among other management
changes 
    ** Up to last close, stock up ~17% this year
