Brief: China Infrastructure Investment update on disposal in intermediate holding co, cancellation of second tranche option

Dec 31 (Reuters) - China Infrastructure Investment Ltd  0600.HK : 
 * China infra inv-update on major disposal and connected transaction in 
   relation to the disposal of 49% of the equity interest in the intermediate 
   holding company and the cancellation of the second tranche option  0600.HK  
 * Received a partial payment of the disposal amounting to hk$75 million from 
   the purchasers on 30 December 2015 
 * Decided to take legal actions to send legal letters to request th purchasers 
   for repayments of all outstanding balances 
 * As at date of this announcement co only received partial payments of disposal 
   amounting to hk$210 million
