The board of directors (the "Board") of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co.,
Ltd. hereby announces that Ms. LO Yuen Man, Elaine was appointed as a member
of audit committee and a member of risk management and related party
transaction control committee of the Board at the 26th meeting of the ninth
Board convened by way of written resolutions on 3 August 2023.
