Convening of 2023 Interim Results Presentation

 

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd.  (the "Company" or "CPIC") will
disclose its 2023 interim results on 27 August 2023. The full text of the
Company's 2023 interim results will be submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism on 27 August 2023 and be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be
available on 27 August 2023 on the Company's website
at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/ (http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/)

The Company will convene the results presentation from 15:00-16:30 on 28
August 2023 (Monday, Beijing time) in order to help investors obtain a more
comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's 2023 interim results
and operating position. Mr. FU Fan (President), Mr. MA Xin (Vice President),
Mr. ZHANG Yuanhan (Chief Actuary & CFO), Mr. SU Shaojun (Board Secretary),
Mr. ZENG Yi (General Manager of CPIC P/C), Mr. CAI Qiang, John (General
Manager & CEO of CPIC Life) and Mr. YU Rongquan (General Manager of CPIC
AMC), as well as independent non-executive directors of the Company will be
present at the results presentation.

 

Investors may access the results presentation and put forward questions via
https://webcast.roadshowchina.cn/cmeet/cEhhc25Mcmhjalo4M3BLT0F6NG16dz09 or the
live streaming link on the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's
website. The Company will answer the questions in a timely manner via the live
streaming platform.

 

Investors may send relevant questions by email to ir@cpic.com.cn before 0:00
on 24 August 2023 (Thursday, Beijing time). Their questions will be answered
by the Company at the results presentation.

 

Investors could visit the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's
website (http://www.cpic.com.cn/ir/) for replay of the results presentation
