China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") confirms
that the summaries of the solvency reports (excerpts) of the Company and its
main insurance subsidiaries were published on the Company's website
at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/ (http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/)
 on 29 August 2024, and will also be submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and be available for inspection
at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism)  shortly.
