China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") confirms
that the full text of summaries of solvency reports (excerpts) of the Company
and its main insurance subsidiaries were published on the Company's website at
http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/ on 26 March 2025, and will also be
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism shortly.
