China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") confirms
that the full text of the summaries of the quarterly solvency
reports (excerpts) of the Company's  main insurance subsidiaries are
published on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/
(http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/) , and will also be submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection
at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
