 * Subscriptions of new shares under general mandate  0515.HK  
 * The company and the share subscribers entered into the share subscription 
agreements 
 * To subscribe for, 127.4 million subscription shares at the subscription price 
of hk$0.19 
 * Gross and net proceeds from share subscriptions are expected to be about 
hk$24.2 million and hk$24.0 million, respectively 
 * Net proceeds will be used by the company for settlement of the group's 
current liabilities as they fall due
