 * Says unit Lazi Baike and Lazi County People'S Government entered into the  land use right transfer agreement 
 * Land use right transfer agreement for price of RMB22.0 million 
 * Says unit Shaanxi Baike and the purchaser entered into the cooperation  agreement 
 * Says net proceeds from disposal are estimated to be approximately hk$29.4  million 
 * Says group expects to record a gain from the disposal of approximately hk$7.0 million
