Brief: Chinese Energy enters into equity transfer agreement

Dec 21 (Reuters) - Chinese Energy Holdings Ltd  8009.HK : 
 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the acquisition of the entire equity 
   interest in the target company  
 * Says Ningbo Lvyuan development as vendor and Green Gas Energy as purchaser 
   entered into the equity transfer agreement 
 * Total consideration for the acquisition is intended to be funded by the 
   group's internal resources 
 * Green Gas Energy conditionally agreed to acquire the entire equity interest 
   in the target company at a total consideration of RMB10 million 
 * Says consideration will be payable in cash 
 * Intended to use approximately HK$126.9 million of the net proceeds of the 
   open offer for future investment in the LNG business
