** Shares of shipping co  DSX.N  up 3.5% at $4.78
    ** Co enters into a time charter contract with C Transport
Maritime Ltd  2612.TW  for one of its Newcastlemax dry bulk
vessels, the m/v Philadelphia  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX2WByFN
    ** Gross charter rate is $26,000/day, minus a 5% commission
paid to third parties, for a period until at least Feb.1, 2024
and up to maximum April 15, 2024; charter started Tuesday
    ** Co says employment of the vessel is expected to generate
~$16.87 mln of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of
the time charter
    ** DSX is up 23.2% so far this year
