    The Times
    - Cinema chain operator Cineworld Group's  CINE.L  16-year
life as a public company will draw to a close next month as
administrators prepare to transfer all its assets to a new
private corporate entity.
    
    - Aston Martin  AML.L  has ended its commitment to buy
electric car batteries from Mercedes-Benz  MBGn.DE  and has
switched to the U.S. electric vehicle maker Lucid  LCID.O .
    
    - British oilfield services and engineering firm John Wood
Group  WG.L  is to work with Centrica  CNA.L  on its plans to
produce low-carbon hydrogen at the Easington gas terminal in
East Yorkshire.
    
    
    The Guardian
    - HSBC  HSBA.L  is to move out of its global headquarters in
Canary Wharf after more than two decades to considerably smaller
offices in the City of London, in response to post-pandemic
hybrid working arrangements and a cost-cutting drive.
    
    - A process to shut nearly all of Britain's railway station
ticket offices could begin as early as next week, Britain's RMT

were flaws in the Bank of England's economic forecasting after
