June 26 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index .FTSE is
expected to open higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up
0.09%.
* CINEWORLD: British cinema chain operator Cineworld Group
CINE.L said it will file for administration as part of a
proposed restructuring plan.
* AB FOODS: Associated British Foods ABF.L raised its
profit outlook for the 2022/23 year as it reported a 13% rise in
sales at its Primark fashion business in its latest quarter,
boosted by demand for its new summer ranges.
* ASTON MARTIN: British luxury carmaker Aston Martin
AML.L said it would enter into an
agreement
with Lucid Group LCID.O to manufacture "high performance"
electric vehicles (EVs).
* MASELA GAS PROJECT: State energy firms Pertamina and
Petronas plan to jointly take over Shell's SHEL.L
participating interest in Indonesia's
Masela gas project
, the Indonesian energy minister said.
* SHELL: Shell Plc SHEL.L has begun restarting its 227,900
barrel-per-day (bpd) refinery in Norco, Louisiana after it was
shut following a power outage, a company spokesperson said on
Sunday.
* METAL: Copper prices in London bounced back on Monday from
a weekly loss, supported by dwindling stocks of the metal
globally, although a firm U.S. dollar capped gains.
* GOLD: Gold prices edged higher on a weaker dollar,
although bullion hovered close to three-month lows as traders
assessed prospects that more interest rate hikes by the U.S.
Federal Reserve were in the offing.
* OIL: Oil prices rose on Monday after a revolt by Russian
mercenaries over the weekend raised concerns about political
instability in Russia and the potential impact on oil supply
from one of the world's largest producers.
