year-ago loss of $1.40 
    ** Co posts Q4 revenue of $214.5 mln vs $204.9 mln a year
earlier
    ** Additionally, CIR appoints president and CEO Tony Najjar
to company's board effective March 20
    ** "Board is in dialogue with a number of parties that have
expressed interest in acquiring all or parts of the Company" -
