Sally will also be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominations Committee. She will succeed Samantha Wren as Audit Committee Chair following the Company's Annual General Meeting in October 2024, when Samantha will retire after serving nine years on the Board. Sally has been Group Finance Director of Beazley plc, the FTSE 100 specialist insurance company, since 2019, but will be stepping down from that role later in 2024. She joined Beazley in 2006 and has wide ranging experience of financial markets, risk management and the operational challenges facing listed companies. She is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
