Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
held today, all resolutions were passed on a poll.
Resolutions 1 to 13 were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions. Resolutions 14 to
16 were proposed as Special Resolutions.
The results of the poll in relation to each resolution were as follows:
