Appointment and Resignation of Directors

 

Following the announcement on 23 June 2023 by Wellness Unity Limited ("CK
Bidco") declaring its recommended all-cash offer for Civitas Social Housing
PLC ("Civitas") unconditional, Civitas is pleased to announce that the board
has appointed the following individuals as non-executive directors (the "New
Directors") with effect from 29 June 2023:

 

·    Edmond Ho;

·    Jonathan Miller;

·    Kong Ting Chow;

·    Michelle Li;

·    Eirene Yeung; and

·    Yue Seng Chiu.

 

The following New Director has held a directorship at the identified publicly
quoted company within the last five years:

 Eirene Yeung  CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited ("CKI")  Alternate director to Mr. Hing Lam Kam, the Group Managing Director of CKI

 

The previous directors of Civitas (Alastair Moss, Alison Hadden, Caroline
Gulliver, Michael Wrobel and Peter Baxter) have stepped down from the board,
with effect from 29 June 2023.

 

No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph LR
9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to
the above director appointments.
