** Shares of Carly Holdings  CL8.AX  fall as much as 6.1% to
A$0.031, posting their biggest intraday pct loss since May 24 
    ** The online technology co says it has received firm
commitments to raise A$1.6 mln ($1.07 mln) before costs 
    ** Issue price of A$0.025 per share is at a 24.2% discount
to last close on June 6 
    ** Says funds raised will be used for vehicle supply and
marketing, among others 
    ** CL8 stock up 50% YTD, as of last close
