** Shares of Australia's Carly Holdings  CL8.AX  rise as
much as 15.4% to A$0.015, biggest intraday gain since July 31
    ** CL8 at its highest level since Dec. 11
    ** The car rental & car subscription provider says placed
orders for 78 vehicles valued at over A$2.8 mln ($1.88 mln),
majority of which will be electric vehicles 
    ** Adds first deliveries expected in Dec. 
    ** 1.2 mln shares change hands as of 0245 GMT, vs 30-day
average volume of 97,246
    ** Stock down 40.9% YTD as of last close
