A plunge in shares of Facebook set the tech-heavy Nasdaq on track to shed about
100 points at the open on Thursday, while S&P and Dow futures got a boost from
signs the United States and the European Union will negotiate on trade. .N 
    At 9:10 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.22 percent at 25,460. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.16 percent at 2,836.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis
 NQc1  were down 0.76 percent at 7,412.75.
