** Shares of Clearview Wealth CVW.AX rise as much as 18.7% to A$0.635, their highest level since July 24, 2024

** Stock marks its strongest intraday session since February 27, 2025

** The life insurance co said it received a buyout offer of for A$408.3 million ($288.26 million) from the local unit of Zurich Insurance Group ZURN.S

** Under deal, co shareholders will receive cash consideration of 65 Australian cents per share, a 21.5% premium to its last closing price

** Co's directors have unanimously recommended shareholders to vote in favour of proposal

** YTD, stock up 14.6%, including the day's moves
