 CDAK.O  fall 6% in Nasdaq debut
    ** Stock opens at $14.10, giving the company a market
valuation of over $262.2 mln
    ** CDAK priced its IPO of 5.5 mln shares at $15/shr, raising

    ** Co had previously targeted a price of $14 to $16 per

    ** Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Evercore ISI and William Blair
