** Shares of communications technology firm  COMS.O  up 8.7%
premarket at 62 cents 
    ** Co says its unit has been awarded a $8.4 million
subcontract from a U.S. government prime contractor for its
Winch Aerostat Small Platform (WASP)
    ** The unit anticipates the initial unit fulfillment under
this subcontract to start in May 2022
    ** WASP is a mobile aerostat system that can provide
day/night video, secure multi-frequency and multi-wave form
wireless communication
    ** Stock has lost 23% YTD
