Nov 7 (Reuters) - Pozbud T&R SA  POZP.WA : 
    * Reports 9-month prelim. revenue at 123.8 million zlotys  
($31.7 million) and net profit at 5.8 million zlotys 
    * Says lower 9-month prelim. revenue year on year is due to 
the stagnation in the construction services market which is 
related, among other things, to prolonged tenders 
    * Last year the company posted 9-month revenue at 167.6 mln 
zlotys and net profit at 9.9 mln zlotys
