Sept 22(Reuters) - Pozbud T&R SA  POZP.WA : 
     
    * Said on Friday that it has decided not to proceed with the 
investment agreement signed on April 25, 2013 with majority 
shareholders of Baumal Group SA  BAUP.WA  Adrian Baum and Monika 
Szeszula 
    * Said the company has exercised the right to withdraw 
entirely from the contract having assessed the Baumal Group SA's 
current situation and the results of the due diligence, as well 
as the opinion of the company's Board regarding the feasibility 
of the agreement
