PDMR Notification

 

Conduit Holdings today announces the vesting of shares in respect of (i) the
second tranche of the deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2021
annual bonus, and (ii) the first tranche of the deferred share bonus award
made with respect to a 2022 annual bonus. The awards were made to Stuart
Quinlan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"). At
vesting, Stuart Quinlan acquired a total of 50,725 common shares. Stuart's
total current shareholding ownership interest, including persons closely
associated with him, now stands at 194,091 common shares.

PDMR Notification of Dealing Form: The notification below, made in accordance
with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (which
forms part of UK domestic law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
